This story of Ramayana is the one of a story which most popular among Hindu society in Bali. This Ramayana story become expressing a goodness attitude which always won to the evil things.
This Ramayana story started from kidnapping Dewi Sita who wife of descendant of God who called Sang Rama. Dewi Sita who pretty and beautiful made Giant King Rahwana become crazy, and want to made her as his wife. Dewi Sita had had a husband and don’t want touched by Rahwana its made Rahwana angry and kidnap her and brought her to his kingdom Alengka Pura. In the middle of his way Rahwana was blocked by Jatayu is an eagle which has a kindhearted, yet Jatayu effort to save Dewi Sita useless because supernatural of Rahwana can’t defeated by anyone included Gods also unable to defeat him. Then Rama with his brother Laksamana who always faithful to accompany him, to meet white monkey Hanoman. Rama asked Hanoman to help him defeat Rahwana and bring his wife back. Hanoman also asked to investigate how is Dewi Sita in Alengka and brought his wedding ring as proof that Hanoman as an ambassador of Rama. After met Dewi Sita Hanoman known by giant soldier of Rahwana and then Hanoman’s tail was burned by Giants, yet with burned tail Hanoman flying and drop the fire to whole Alengka, and then Rama with his private soldier are burned. Defeat the evil on the earth, and love between Dewi Sita and Sang Rama again coalesce.
